Need help?
If you run into problems, please check:
- Did you log in using your studentnumber? (something like s1234567). (Log in with your email address is possible, but might introduce problems using the site)
- After you login, if you go to the upload page, do you get an error? If so, please contact us (see info below) and send us a copy (eg. screenshot) of the error.
- After 3 failed log in attempts, please wait 15 min., as your account will be blocked for 15 min.
- After a second set of 3 tries, change your password, as that might solve log in issues (we know, it's not nice to have to do this, but it solves a lot of issues).

Filling in the form
If errors occur after submitting the form, you must re-enter your email address:
When typing your email address, make sure to select your name as it appears in the drop-down.
Then your name will be automatically filled in.
