Bachelor Assignment

This thesis is made for the company Demcon. This is a company which specializes itself in medical products. Demcon is growing which is the reason for moving to another building. In this building will be a new production area as well as a new warehouse. In this thesis there is made an optimal design for this warehouse.

To optimize the warehouse different strategies are implementend. This way the most frequent components and combined components are closest to each other and to the entrance. This optimization is made by using matlab and excel.
