Bachelor Assignment

Having to undergo an uncomfortable visual field test twice a year is the reality for patients with glaucoma. Both patients and medical staff have complaints about the machine and wish to see it changed. The main complaints were about the position the patient has to sit during the test and having difficulties with concentration. Medical staff hope that by offering a more comfortable tests, test results will improve. This thesis has gathered the complaints of different people involved in the testing process and has given design advice about how to deal with these complaints when further developing new visual field tests.
