Solving an irregularity that emerged when researching the development method by a case study at Philips Avent

A solution for the research goal was developed during the bachelor assignment. First of all, an analysis was carried out by means of interviews. Based on the results, requirements were drawn up for the solution and concepts were developed. What resulted in a final concept, this concept should offer a solution to work more product focused within projects of Philips Avent. This concept is a template that can be used in presentations during meetings, this template provides an overview of the current status of the project for all project members and stimulates product oriented working. This is done by showing the current status of the product at all times in the presentation, which gives insight in which parts are already complete and which are still missing for the final product.
