Flamco is a company in the HVAC industry known for, among many others, their expansion vessels and air and dirt separators. They want to improve their sustainability practices, and, more specifically, improve their LCA performance and transition to the circular economy. To help with this, Ecoweb was developed. Ecoweb is a tool with which Flamco can compare various design decisions based on their influence on sustainability. Ecoweb provides quantitative advice on the LCA performance and circularity of a concept in the form of a score. This score can then be compared to other important product development factors, such as cost price.
