Bachelor Assignment

GoodMoovs provides an electrical vehicle sharing service through an app. As GoodMoovs continues to grow, it is important for them to optimize and redesign the app in such a way that users can solve more issues through the app rather than at their customer service. The goal of this assignment was to improve the UX and UI, additionally, to build an online community that would stimulate and help users regarding their issues. The assignment focused on specific problem areas for users regarding the GoodMoovs service, these were found through expert interviews, analyses, and a literature review. The objective of a proposed redesign was shown as an interactive prototype to simulate the experience. This prototype provided a good base and new insights that GoodMoovs can further improve on in the future.
