Bachelor Assignment

In collaboration with NGO Simba, the assignment was about creating a short animation that features a story about an Iranian girl who had a meaningful time travel experience. The story needed to educate both adults and children on environmental protection and encourage positive emotions and actions. The actualization of the animation consisted of storyboarding, character design, sound design, animating and final editing. Study on Iranian nature, wildlife and culture was conducted to ensure accuracy. The animation featured 2D traditional animation and combined hand drawing image sequences (frame by frame) and utilizing tools provided by the software OpenToonz.
