Supporting efficient natural ventilation with open window detection

Much heat is lost through natural ventilation, the opening of doors and windows for fresh air. The behaviour of room temperature and air during natural ventilation was analysed to allow the creation of new ventilation-support functions for future heating control systems. The functions will help users ventilate more efficiently by providing accurate ventilation detection, knowledge and tailored suggestions.
