AYA Care Network provides age specific care through a network of hospitals for young adults who are diagnosed with cancer. The guarantee for quality and unambiguity in various hospitals remains difficult. This led to a research proposal to improve the transfer of information towards healthcare professionals. From desk research and interviews with healthcare professionals was concluded that the workflow could be improved with a collective information platform, like a renewed website, for the transfer of unambiguous and up-to-date information. The website prototype makes suggestions for an improved information structure and contains a proposal for the layout of new pages. Additionally, a digital banner template was developed for waiting rooms in hospitals to increase the awareness for AYA care and to offer support in the recognition of AYAs.
