Bachelor Assignment

The goal of this assignment was to analyse the market and to get an overview of

the possible demand which was used to evaluate the production process of Encytos.

They make a nanostructure which enables cells to grow faster or more complex

than on the conventional used materials. Market research was performed; some

interviews were held. The interviewees were given a flyer, shown on the left. These

interviews were analysed, and based on that, the current and future demand was

estimated. Furthermore, scenarios were described for scaling up the production

process. There was thought about ways to improve the production process for the

future, as the demand is expected to rise above the current capacity. Based on the

market research and scenarios some advice was given for the future.
