Osage's vision was to (re-)design a Dutch e-government platform so that it provides their services based on citizens' needs, in a way that makes the interaction between government and citizen satisfying, comprehensive, and proactive. This vision was put into practice with a proposed redesign of the MijnOverheid website. Commonly experienced life events were used as an explicit wireframe structure, as this effectively and efficiently fulfils citizens' needs.

By confirming that you enter a life event as a citizen, the website guides you through personalization pages and concludes in a main page that gives you an overview of the tasks that you need to do and the information that is interesting to you. Four slightly different wireframes were made for this final page, because common life events could be divided into four quadrants corresponding to different emotions and needs.
