InLine; from research workshop to standalone game

InLine, is a serious game, that can simulate the effect of chosen HR practices on the companies' strategy. Meanwhile, the game is used in over a hundred workshops, which show the game's success. However, it takes a lot of time for two people and a handmade product to do these workshops. In this bachelor assignment the current version of InLine, which can not function on its own, is transformed into a stand-alone game.
