Designing and developing a new sustainable loyalty concept

The goal of this assignment was to design a new loyalty campaign concept that is as sustainable as it can be, but still attractive to the end-user. This is because the end-user is an important factor in a loyalty campaign being successful. Before designing three aspects were researched; what a good loyalty campaign is, how to design for sustainability, and the wants and wishes of the end-users.
To get into contact with the end-users, which are children, and to involve them in the design process three co-design sessions were carried out.
From the results of the research and the co-design sessions, concepts were developed and a final product was made. This final product was tested both with an experienced group of kids as with a non-experienced group.
