Marketing for NGO's

At: NGO Simba

The assignment was to create a suitable marketing strategy for an NGO which was struggling with achieving their goals. The NGO is an organisation called Simba, which works on nature and wildlife protection in Iran. Simba, encountered organisational and financial challenges, common in the market of NGO's. An analysis on this market in combination with the organisations identity yielded a specific solution. This solution is based on the integration of an inbound marketing strategy, together with the improvement of specific organisational aspects.
