Learn with Locals is an idea for an online language platform to learn Dutch from locals, through interest-based conversations. To see if this solution is an existing problem for the target audience, customer development has to be done. Customer development is a framework existing out of four steps, to discover and validate that you have created a need that customers have. In this project the focus was on the first two phases of customer development. The final result of this research are the personas, a product plan including a list of requirements and a buyer journey map.
