Bachelor Assignment

This assignment focused on developing a tool that helps researchers, managers and other stakeholders in the health domain to create patient journeys. A patient journey is a visual model that maps all the different steps a patient goes through during their healthcare journey, from the patients' perspective. These journeys are useful to identify the emotions and needs of patients, leading to health innovations that fit better to patients' needs.   

The tool consists of different PowerPoint templates: a basic, intermediate and detailed version, each suited to different levels of details and needs of the user. The tool also has a corresponding instruction PDF and includes a group activity to encourage co-creation. The TechMed Centre was the client for this assignment and intends to use the tool in practice as part of research support and educational activities.
