Cities become increasingly more data driven. In order to guide this transition towards implementation of new technologies and data collection transparency is necessary. A communication framework is created to give citizens more insight in these technologies and data collection projects. This framework consist of three pillars which are used as a funnel to guide citizens towards information: Information Overview, Media and Notification. The Information Overview serves as a platform to collect information about data collection projects which is brought towards citizens using the pillars Media and Notification. Through the Media and Notification citizens are guided towards the Information Overview and given transparency into the data collection projects of data driven cities.
