The research focused on designing a comprehensible and user-friendly task overview within Nedap Healthcare's Ons Suite. The task overview helps healthcare professionals to stay in control with a clear and supportive design. The design is created based on the self-determination theory and the theory of planned behaviour, aiming to motivate users by supporting autonomy, clarity, and meaningful action. Through literature research, expert and user interviews, and interactive prototype testing, the research identified key design principles such as clarity, relevance, and contextual support. The resulting mid-fidelity prototype suits the workflow of healthcare professionals and received positive feedback from both users and experts.
