Bachelor Assignment

This bachelor's thesis describes the redesign of a storage hall of BOX-it-up, focusing on improving customer accessibility to their storage box, and increasing the efficiency of the forklift process. The current storage hall, which houses self-storage "opslagBOXes" can be rented and used by costumer as self-storage. These boxes are accessible through a visitor area where the costumer can open their own box and access their belongings. The company foresees large benefits if the renters of the boxes could visit in the storage hall itself so the dedicated visitor area is no longer needed. Next to benefit of the costumers a tex benefit could be applied by having 24/7 accessible boxes resulting in more yearly profit for the company.
