Because of the importance of digital transformation, a redesign of the hour registration application of Thales Netherlands is created. The redesign is made according to the scrum method of the agile mindset. In multiple sprints of either two or three weeks, an iterative design process with a strong focus on the user is performed. A great extent of user sessions is held with the users to gain insights and feedback from the user perspective. The final redesign is perceived as a user-friendly and efficient application that addresses the user pain points. The redesign is created in Figma, a prototyping tool, to show the appearance and interactions and it will be used as a starting point for the second phase of the realization of the new application.
