Bachelor Assignment

In the dairy industry, many different products are used to increase milk production while lowering labour and costs. The company for which this assignment was executed helps farmers achieve a more efficient workflow. This assignment focused on exploring the market demand for a product that was already in the company's portfolio, while also looking for new market opportunities in that specific farm operation. The process involved looking at the company and product history, analysing the current state of the dairy industry and involving stakeholders. Besides this, Future Scenario Design was applied. Using all this, the thesis result of clear advice on future steps was achieved. With this research, the company can pick and choose their future steps more effectively.
