This project aimed to recommend a better way for ProRail to share systems engineering (SE)knowledge within the company. The SE-support team assigned this task to encourage the use of SE within ProRail. By reviewing literature and involving future users, the project defined user needs. The study recommends creating a website-like portal on the internal network. The portal should focus on simplicity and consistency, as the lack of these aspects contributed to the failure of the previous method for sharing systems engineering information. In conclusion, this project aimed to improve the disclosure and encouragement of systems engineering by involving users and emphasising usability.
