Bachelor Assignment

This assignment describes the design of an industrial package. The aim of the project was to create a more sustainable and customer friendly way of logistics. Currently, all products that Themans sells, are shipped in big boxes and in bulk. These boxes are thrown away after one use. Therefore a packaging that could be used at least 20 times is designed. This also reduces the workload at the customers, since they already have all products together per door.

The final design includes two packages, one for doors with a single-point mortise lock and one for doors with a multi-point mortise lock. Both packages can be slid into a big cabinet.
