Bachelor Assignment

The process of analysing and improving the usability of the identity verification platforms of ReadID. This includes an extensive analysis of the pain points of end-users within five problem categories: textual instruction, visual instructions, feedback, system status and privacy that currently occur during the identity verification. Furthermore supported by literature research, multiple usability tests to design a final prototype that acts as a final recommendation with possible improvements for InnoValor. This recommendation includes suggestions on how to make the flow of the process of identity verification more understandable for an end-user to perform.
