Bachelor Assignment

In order to create an efficient and sustainable infrastructure for the future activities on the estate of Paleis Soestdijk, for my bachelor's final assignment I worked on creating a mobility plan. The company MeyerBergman Erfgoed is currently working on their plans for redeveloping the estate and palace and giving them new functions, such as a museum area, conference spaces, event locations. The new functions on the estate will include different logistical flows of people and goods, which require clear routes. For this problem I designed a mobility plan, starting from the stakeholders and their requirements, creating their personas, looking at the mobility possibilities on the estate and existing transport possibilities which could become part of the solution, and finally, the adaptations on the estate needed to apply the mobility solution.
