Bachelor Assignment

In this bachelor thesis, the entire process to design a memorial place on campus was executed. First, research was done to discover the wishes and limitations. In the second part, the design process consisting of an ideation, concept and detailing phase was done. Also, the location and environment design were chosen during this process. The chosen final design was a 360° interaction memorial with 4 different shapes (moon, sun, butterfly, wing). By doing so, 4 interaction possibilities were incorporated, and visitors could give their own meaning to it. The 360° light ring stood for the complete (High Tech Human Touch) UT.
