Telemonitoring and self-management are increasing in the healthcare industry. Medicine Men builds such self-care solutions. Over the past years, Medicine Men noticed that they added more interventions to their platform. In order to emphasise that their platform provides many care paths, Medicine Men wanted to redesign their brand. Therefore, the current application needed to be redesigned to comply with new needs of patients. The redesign was made by doing empirical and desk research to find improvements and guidelines for designing eHealth applications. Recommendations, including a new colour scheme, have been implemented with the introduction of the new brand Viduet. Furthermore, a prototype was made. The results show that patients experience the new prototype of the app as more usable than the current application. Recommendations are given on future improvements of the application.
