Bachelor Assignment

The aim and goal of this thesis report is to indicate the problem of overloading the operators at Vredestein B.V. and to find a way to solve this. The approach that was taken is to first start to create a clear overview of the current situation in the factor and to find the places where improvements can be made. Next, steps were taken to make these improvements by ideation, conceptualizing and a lot of evaluating.

In the end this report suggests big innovations in the process of Vredestein using multiple robot arms and a pallet system. The author recommends a further analysis of the more detailed facets of the project, and if there are no bottlenecks in the process, an implementation of the proposed changes.
