Bachelor Assignment

A co-design method to tailor products for users with PIMD. 

In this bachelor assignment a co-design toolkit was created enabling the people from the formal and informal network of users with Profound Intellectual and Multiple Disabilities to redesign an existing product. This is done by creating small alterations to the existing product. The toolkit will act like a step-by-step guide to support the participants in the design process of an alteration to the product.  

The final toolkit consists of a poster showing the general process. This poster is accompanied by assignment cards and an assignment book. Executing all these assignments will guide the participants through a design process resulting in a new version of the existing product. This alteration will ensure a better connection between the user and the product.
