Awear startup motion sensors are small, lightweight wearable sensors that can track patients' movements and notify the user of such information. The assignment is to create an application to reduce sedentary behavior. In order to motivate and reward patients for continuing their prescribed movements while they are in the hospital, the Plant-B application will use a variety of strategies. The main supporting pillars of the application are visual aids and the psychological effects of nature on people.
