Bachelor Assignment

The Thuiswerktafel is a table that can transform the living room into a home office when opening the table. This creates a comfortable environment for working in the comfort of ones home. During the Bachelors assignment at the Thuiswerktafel, the table components have been redesigned.

Especially the mechanism and functionality of the table is improved, with the redesign of the hinge, the linking of the motion of the tabletop to that of the working tray and the attachment of the monitors. This results in a product that can be assembled by the users and is more user friendly.
