The StowBox is a self storage container that can be attached to and detached from a trailer frame. In this project a solution was designed for using the Salland Storage StowBox with a chassis cabine. A chassis cabine is a box truck without any equipment mounted to the back, like a box. In this project it was important to carry over the users experience while using the StowBox to the new design. That's why the final designs that were delivered are: a subframe to connect the chassis cabine and StowBox, A retractable and foldable stairs to easily load the StowBox on the chassis and lastly a concept for taking the StowBox off of the chassis cabine at the customer's house to increase the use possibilities of the StowBox.
