Bachelor Assignment

Green Panels is a start-up that wants to offer a green roof for pitched roofs. The benefits of green roofs include mitigation of the heat island effect in urban areas and good insulation properties for houses. To make green roofs more accessible, Green Panels aims to provide a solution that is easier to install than current solutions. The scope of the graduation assignment was to develop a mechanism to improve the installation process's efficiency and ergonomics. The final design is focused on reducing the required time to fasten each panel to improve safety conditions for workers on top of the roof.
