Bachelor Assignment

In this thesis, a visual thinking tool has been developed to help cultural associations innovate in collaboration with de Tekenafdeling and Cultuur in Enschede. By scoping out the problems and environment of these associations, the conclusion was drawn that the struggles of these associations were rooted within the mentality and approach of the association members. To steer these members into the right direction, two fill-in canvasses were created which give them insight about the influences of change and what their fundamental reason for existing is. These canvasses allow the associations to take a critical look at their organization and activities. Therefore, forming a base for future innovation within the association.
