Unity Through Design

This thesis is done for the company DCW (Deze Combinatie Werkt). The main goal was to create unity through design and designing a product that conveys the characteristics of DCW, while being producible by their own employees. The product has become a table lamp suitable for on the dining tables of the future restaurant of DCW. By following design guidelines, gathered from the research phase, and involving the employees of DCW during the design process, the main objective to promote unity within the company is achieved. This has resulted into a table lamp design that serves as a visual representation of DCW's core values and characteristics.
