Bachelor Assignment

The assignment for Thales Nederland B.V. involves the development of a Mission Planning Support (MPS) tool that will be used for tactical mission planning by commanders on Navy ships. The environment and the task flow of the Navy Commander Task Group are mapped and a wireframe concept is made. For the final concept, there is a focus on a planning toolbar where the commander can define the task and set constraints and optimisation factors to generate a course of action. Also, the final concept supports the Commander Task Group for a re-active TRIGGER and pro-active WHAT-IF task flow. The wireframe concept is validated with operational experts.
