Bachelor Assignment

Per September 2024, a completely revised curriculum for the IDE bachelor will be implemented, with a focus on cohesion and creating a thriving teaching and learning community. Therefore, a central place to collect, connect and provide knowledge could be of great value. The working title of this project is: "IDE Knowledge Base". This thesis explores the possible implementations of the IDE Knowledge Base, using the software of "Obsidian". Two digital prototypes demonstrate a framework for the IDE Knowledge Base that allows for multiple different structures to emerge. The research, design process and results of this thesis are captured in an Obsidian-based system that can be read from multiple perspectives, thus serving as a recursive prototype of the contents it explains.
