This project explores the ethical implications and impacts of AI life coaching through a case study of Laika, an AI robot dog designed for long space missions. By developing and testing an educational card game, the study examines how AI can balance Care of the Self and Discipline for astronauts. The game simulates interactions between Laika, astronauts, and mission control, revealing insights into AI's role in promoting well-being and task management. The final result is a role-play cooperative card game with three players: one as the client (NASA), one as the user (astronaut), and one as the AI technology (Laika). This game can also be adapted for other AI technologies to explore their relationships with clients and users.
