Bachelor Assignment

This project focused on creating an adaptive and reusable tool to assist individuals with upper-body impairments in using tampons. By conducting thorough research, including a literature review, online questionnaires, expert interviews, and a co-design session with a participant affected by Erb's palsy, the tool was designed to address the specific challenges faced by this group. The final product features a customizable in bending and ergonomic design that securely holds and releases tampons, offering comfort and ease of use. Additionally, the tool includes a storage box, pouch, and disposable bags to support the entire menstrual experience. The result empowers users to manage their menstrual health more independently and with greater comfort.
