Bachelor Assignment

This thesis investigates how the patient meal experience in hospitals can be enhanced from the perspective of a meal supplier. It has a focus on both functional and emotional aspects of the experience. By analysing the current meal provision process and understanding the meal provision process, the final design aims to provide a tray that not only ensures practical organization of meals but also enhances emotional well-being. The proposed design includes personalisation and an inviting atmosphere, helping patients feel more comfortable during their hospital stay.
