Bachelor Assignment

The assignment focused on creating easy-to-use instructions for operating the Photron FASTCAM NOVA S6, a high-speed camera recently acquired by Fraunhofer Innovation Platform at the University of Twente. The camera was mostly unfamiliar to the team at FIP-AM@UT, with only one expert knowing how to use it. The goal was to simplify the camera's setup and use for recording manufacturing processes. Based on literature research and experience gained through use cases, the final result came in the form of a partial printed instructions manual. It included a complete chapter of the instruction manual, guiding users through camera setup, recording, and image processing. It also featured helpful visuals and design principles to make the instructions more efficient and effective and increase retention.
