Design of a tool that facilitates the mapping of the core values of a company

The assignment is proposed by Morskieft Ontwerpers, a company specialized in developing brand identities. Morskieft currently takes the core drives of employees as a start towards developing a company’s identity. However, the process of translating these drives to something usable for marketing communication takes lots of time. Therefore, Morskieft wants a tool that facilitates this process.
Companies that want to attract new customers can use Communi-key with their current customers and employees. Together they will go through a number of steps to translate the core drives of the company to core values and eventually a corporate story. This results in a story that is both recognizable for potential customers and fits the company’s vision.
