Bachelor Assignment

For this bachelor assignment the implementation of virtual reality (VR) within the programme of Industrial Design (ID) was researched. The curriculum of ID and the possibilities of VR in education were analysed. It was shown that courses that have a practical approach on teaching subjects are appreciated higher than other courses. Also, it was noted that there are already a lot of VR applications on the market making it difficult for a teacher to find a could application for its course.

From there a tool was developed that helps teachers choose a VR application for their course. It uses databases of VR applications, course evaluations and experiences of teachers or students to give an advice on which application would be most suitable for a course.
