SKEPP is the company that came up with the concept ‘Officeplanner’. Officeplanner is a flexible furniture service for open office spaces. 

The problem that came up is that open office spaces are unpleasant to work in because of its bad atmosphere and acoustics. This led to the following research question: “Design an easily (re)placeable, sound-absorbing and ambience improving solution for an office setting that is suitable for at least two people”.

A product was made that satisfies most of the wishes. It is modular, it will reduce sound when the shutters are closed. It is possible to offer privacy, light, right colour, nature and landscape which can improve the ambience and work productivity for employees. Lastly, it can be put between desks, and it can also be used as a wall between desk groups.
