The life expectancy of citizens increases which will cause all of us to work longer. Simultaneously, elderly care will grow, and therefore sustainable deployment has been placed high on the agenda in healthcare organizations. Caregivers suffer daily from high physical stress which leads to high percentages of sick leave and absenteeism. To get a grip on the situation, the ‘ergometer’, designed by Indes, is measurement tool that can be attached to any rolling device and measures the push-, pull-, and manoeuvring forces. This will obtain valuable insights for all stakeholders.  

Several lean experiments were performed to retrieve information from the user, customer and market. While developing/validating the business model, the unique value was transformed into a market offering. This designed service is supported by a User Experience and User Interface.
