Bachelor Assignment

Bosan is a producer and developer of indoor sports equipment for physical education and sports, located in Haaksbergen. Their products can be found in many sports halls in the Netherlands. Bosan noticed a changed in their market around innovation and wants to know the potential of a new moving/exercising concept. After conducting research on the changes in the market, trends, users and current accommodations, four potential directions were defined to further develop concepts for:  (1) multifunctional and modular, (2) efficiency, (3) trend sports and (4) use of available accommodation/environment. Using the current product range of Bosan, concept ideas were made that fit the needs of the market. The suggestions are explained but need to be verified on feasibility and profitability by Bosan.
