JCC Software is a company that creates customer service software packages for customer-oriented organizations like local governments. For this project, the focus lay on city halls. At the moment, there is no clear overview of the current situation concerning visitors in city halls.

Therefore, the goal was to create an overview of the visitors in the city hall for the users. The users, in this case, are the users of the customer guidance system provided by JCC Software. Through different types of research and interviews, a list of requirements was devised, creating the basis for the design. 

During the research phase, it was determined that a dashboard was to be created. With the list of requirements and testing, the final design was created. Overall the layout of the final design was created together with a few settings and recommendations.
